About the Role:

Our client is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Services Consultant to join the Portfolio Delivery and Execution (PDEX) team. This role will support the Engineering and Cloud Migrations Team, focusing on DISP/Cloud Migration and other Non-Book of Work (Non-BoW) change initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud migration, data center exits, and technology-business alignment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the technology change portfolio across Global Operations and the Chief Administration Office.
  • Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with Line of Business (LOB) partners, Technology leaders, Finance, Change Management, Architecture, and Risk teams.
  • Maintain a centralized repository of key portfolio execution data and ensure data integrity.
  • Create and contribute to monthly reporting artifacts, including portfolio commentary, executive talking points, and status updates for senior leadership.
  • Collaborate with Finance and Portfolio Planning to track capacity forecasts vs. actuals, and provide variance analysis.
  • Support LOB and Technology leaders in tracking quarterly milestones and maintaining strategic roadmaps.
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of multiple initiatives under tight deadlines.
  • Communicate complex information clearly and effectively to diverse audiences, including executive leadership.


Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in cloud migration, data center exits, and technology-business coordination.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and deliver high-quality results.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics.
  • Experience in creating executive-level dashboards, analytics, and reports using Power BI or similar tools.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with JIRA for project tracking and collaboration.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience with the client or within the banking/financial services industry.
  • Exposure to Consumer Banking, Wholesale Banking, Corporate and Investment Banking, Fraud Operations, or the Chief Administration Office.
  • Experience in financial reporting, including commentary and variance analysis.
  • Ability to influence and build relationships across LOB stakeholders, CIO leadership, and architecture teams.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
