About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Construction Safety Manager to lead safety initiatives across multiple job sites nationwide. This role is boots-on-the-ground100% travel is requiredas youll be the face of safety onsite, driving a culture of accountability, compliance, and proactive risk management.As a key leader, youll design and implement safety programs, conduct site audits, and ensure that all operations meet or exceed regulatory and company standards. Key Responsibilities- Lead onsite safety operations across active construction sites nationwide
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve comprehensive safety programs
- Conduct regular site safety audits and inspections to ensure compliance with OSHA and company standards
- Provide safety training and onboarding for field personnel and subcontractors
- Investigate incidents and near-misses, and develop corrective action plans
- Collaborate with project managers and field teams to identify and mitigate risks
- Maintain accurate safety documentation and reporting
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all safety-related matters onsite
- Bachelors degree in Occupational Safety, Construction Management, or related field (preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction safety management
- OSHA 30 Certification required; CSP, CHST, or other safety credentials a plus
- Strong knowledge of federal and state safety regulations
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Willingness and ability to travel 100% of the time
