What You'll Do: Manage and grow an account baseestablished leads provided with room to develop your own Specify repair and replacement solutions for commercial flat roofing systems Consult with property managers, business owners, and facility directors to recommend the right approach Coordinate with operations and internal support to ensure seamless project execution Oversee projects from initial contact through completion, including estimating and client handoff What We're Looking For: At least 2 years of sales experience in commercial flat membrane roofing (residential roofing or exceptional sales background also considered) Flat roof knowledge is a major plussingle ply experience moves you to the front of the line Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and relationship-building ability Self-starter with strong organizational skills, follow-through, and a great attitude Must have a pickup truck and ladder (or be prepared to get one) Willingness to work hard, stay late, and put in what it takes to succeed Why This Role?
