Exterior construction sales

Thanks for checking out the posting! I don't want to waste anyone's time, so here's the deal. I run an exterior (and some interior) remodeling/construction company. We focus mostly on roofing, but also do painting, gutters, siding, windows ect. For anyone familiar with the industry, a lot of sales are generated from door to door sales, however any way you can get jobs in the door will get you paid. For experienced sales people who are willing to take the project from start to finish, im offering 50% commissions on profit for each job. Average roof end up 6-10k of profit, but I just cut a 22k commission check last week... for people just looking to canvas and set appointments I am offering 20% commission on profit, or 7% of job total with a check cut once we have a signed contract and deposit in the door.

You can do this full time, I'm stretched thin and looking to expand and hire people to step up and take over certain aspects of the business. Otherwise you can knock doors in the evenings after other jobs or between other work. Im flexible, and just looking to bring in some people wanting to make legitimate commissions.
