- Lead and support projects from schematic design through construction completion.
- Develop detailed construction documents using Revit and AutoCAD.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and consultants to ensure design intent and technical accuracy.
- Address client concerns and provide responsive, professional service.
- Participate in construction administration in collaboration with a Senior Architect.
- Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
- Strong design sensibility and architectural visualization skills.
- Solid understanding of design development and construction documentation.
- Experience with RFIs, permitting processes, and construction administration.
- Bachelors Degree in Architecture.
- Minimum3 yearsof professional experience in architectural design and documentation.
- Experience designing commercial, medical, and office facilities.
- Familiarity with local building codes and permitting procedures.

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $42.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
