- Provide coordination and supervision of design-build and bid-build projects.
- Collaborate with clients, design teams, and contractors to drive project success.
- Build and maintain a jobsite culture of 'Safety First'.
- Ensure Quality Control and Quality Assurance.
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors and jobsite logistics on a daily basis.
- Collect, review, and submit shop drawings, product data, and test reports.
- Build and update construction schedules and 'look ahead' schedules.
- Review estimates with the operations team to ensure logistical and site considerations are included.
- Review project budgets with project management on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Complete daily and weekly reports and maintain a photo journal of progress.
- Experience with army corp projects and federal construction.
- Proficiency in MS Project.
- Strong relationships with subcontractors.
- Minimum of 7 years experience in construction management or supervision.
- Degree in construction management preferred.
- Partnership approach to working with contractors, designers, and clients.
- Knowledge of MS Office Suite and excellent computer skills.
This role requires travel after project completion with 90% per diem offered and mileage reimbursement available for non-local candidates. You will be working on-site in a collaborative environment, ensuring safety and quality standards are upheld throughout the project lifecycle.
