Position: Residential Custom Home Project Manager

Job Type: Full-time

Experience: 5+ years in managing the construction of $2,000,000+ fully custom homes

Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire lifecycle of custom home projects from planning to completion.
• Coordinate and manage all project activities, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure safety and compliance.
• Collaborate with architects and designers to ensure adherence to design intent and client expectations.
• Implement and maintain effective communication channels among all project stakeholders.
• Manage project budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring cost control measures are in place.
• Lead and mentor project teams, providing guidance and support to ensure project success.
• Ensure all work meets regulatory requirements and quality standards.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience managing the construction of $2,000,000+ fully custom homes.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
