Actalent Engineering is partnering with a dynamic A/E firm with offices in NYC, known for delivering high-impact projects across commercial, industrial, and healthcare sectors. Were hiring three HVAC Mechanical Design Engineers to join their growing team in Midtown Manhattan!

Location : Midtown Manhattan, NY

Schedule : Hybrid 4 days in-office, Fridays remote

Open Roles:

• Junior Engineer 25 years of experience
• Mid-Level Engineer 710 years of experience
• Sr Engineer 1215 years of experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Design HVAC systems: heating, cooling, ventilation, hydronic distribution, and controls.
• Perform system design calculations and energy modeling.
• Create design documentation: basis of design reports, Revit/AutoCAD drawings, and specifications.
• Ensure compliance with building codes and standards.
• Collaborate with architects and engineers across disciplines.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Relevant years of experience in HVAC design (based on role).
• Proficiency in Revit MEP and AutoCAD MEP.
• Experience with commercial, industrial, and healthcare projects (residential-only or commercial fit-out-only experience will not be considered).

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $55.00/hr.
