General Contactor Seeking - Skilled Residential Handyman. or Remodel Installer

Work includes residential maintenance/repairs and remodeling. This position requires some skill diversity, tools and appropriate work vehicle for the job, (Full size van or pickup).

Skilled Handyman Services - Interior

Plumbing - Fixture Repair & Replacement - Water Damage Detection & Repair

Drywall - Repair & Finishing - Carpentry Repairs

Cabinet Repairs - Tile Repairs and Replacement

Caulking - General,Tub & Shower Caulking

Lighting Fixture Repair & Replacement - Smoke/Carbon Monoxide Alarm Replacement

Outlet/Switch Trouble Shooting Repair and Replacement

Skilled Handyman Services - Exterior

Siding Repair and Replacement - Deck Repair and Replacement

Window & Door Repair and Replacement - Minor Roofing Repair

Exterior Lighting Repair & Replacement - Exterior Caulking & Painting

Pressure Washing - Fence Repair & Replacement

This is a Professional skill level Position - Pay is based on "verifiable" work history and skill level. Must be open to taking direction and learning new skills as needed.
