Hiring framers

Hello, this is Nate with Woodsmith Carpentry Inc.
I am looking to hire someone with some basic framing/carpentry experience.
We mainly build Additions, Decks and Screen Rooms but we also take on other small framing projects to fill gaps in the schedule.
I need someone that can already read a tape measure and cut confidently with a circular saw.
I am looking for someone that can work safely off of a ladder and also help when working on roofs.
The typical work day is 7am-4 or 5 pm with a 30-40 minute lunch break
Must be able to lift and carry 80lbs

Starting pay is 23/hour.
The first couple weeks will be part time, we are working on filling in the gaps in the schedule as quick as we can. We should have fulltime work available in a couple of weeks when the bigger jobs begin.

I am happy to give raises to motivated individuals that show up ready to work and can follow basic instructions.

Must be able to speak and understand English

Drug free work environment

This is a w2 position. You will need to provide the basic hand tools, hammer, speed square, nail puller, utility knife, tape measure, tool bags. I will provide all of the other power tools and equipment.
