**Job Description**

Join our team as a Carpentry Foreman, where you will play a critical role in new construction projects, focusing on both new buildings and renovations/remodels of commercial and industrial properties.

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform building erection of pre-engineered and wood-framed buildings.

+ Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety regulations and protocols.

+ Install roofing, siding, insulation, and flashing.

+ Identify and resolve issues or obstacles that arise during the construction process.

+ Work outdoors in variable weather conditions.

+ Mentor and train new members of the team.

+ Maintain strong attention to detail, building structures as if they were your own.

**Work Environment**

You will be primarily working outdoors with some interior work, in a team typically consisting of 5-6 members per skill set (Rough and Finish). You will report to a Site Superintendent who actively engages in the project. Opportunities for travel exist, offering consistent work for committed team members..

**Pay and Benefits**

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $35.00/hr.
