We have 3 positions open for field laborer/welders. Jobsites are typically in Davidson or surrounding counties. Hours are 6:00 am-until tasks for the day are completed, usually around 2:00 pm with occasional OT required.
Job Responsibilities:
Welding, grinding and erecting misc. structural steel
Loading and unloading trucks
Read and interpret blueprints and sketches
Operate equipment, including scissor lifts, telescopic forklifts, booms, and material lifts.
Erecting Structural Steel
We prefer a minimum of 2 years of experience in Stick Welding or ability to demonstrate proficiency to pass an AWS welding certification test. You must also have a valid drivers license and be insurable with our commercial vehicle policy. Must be dependable and punctual.
Pay for these positions start at $18.00-$20.00 per hour. but ultimately is based upon job experience and qualification.
We offer company paid dental and vision supplemental insurance for our employees after 90 days. You will receive a week of paid vacation after 1 year.
