Our business is a small, tight-knit, father-and-son plumbing company built on decades of hard-earned experience, craftsmanship, and integrity. Both founders are certified master plumbers whove seen and solved just about every plumbing challenge out there from new home construction and custom residential work to small-scale commercial projects.
As our founding father prepares for a well-earned retirement, were looking for steady, reliable hands to help carry the torch and grow with us. We have the work plenty of it but what we need are the right people to share in our commitment to quality, customer service, and old-school pride in a job well done.
This is more than an apprenticeship. It's a chance to build your skills alongside two seasoned pros, learn how the trade is done right, and help grow a respected local business.
What You'll Do
Assist licensed plumbers with installations, maintenance, and repairs on residential and small commercial jobs.
Visit customer sites with a senior plumber to assess work and provide estimates if youve got sales experience, thats a major plus.
Learn to read and interpret blueprints and plumbing schematics.
Safely use power and hand tools for various tasks.
Help maintain a clean, organized work area from client homes to job sites.
Embrace on-the-job training and continuously build your plumbing know-how.
Work closely with a small team that values quality, trust, and good workmanship.
Always follow safety protocols your safety and ours come first.
What Were Looking For
A strong work ethic and eagerness to learn experience is a bonus, but not required.
Some familiarity with plumbing tools and systems is helpful.
An interest in or ability to read blueprints.
Sales or customer service skills are a big asset.
Solid problem-solving and attention to detail.
A team player who can thrive in a hands-on, collaborative environment.
Someone whos ready to grow personally and professionally with a business thats going places.

Pay: $22.00 $30.00 per hour (based on experience)
Expected Hours: 18 36 per week
