Machine Operator - B Shift**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a skilled machine operator to join our team on the B shift. The successful candidate will run the Mill machine, which bends metal into pipe form, and perform essential tasks to ensure the efficient operation of the machinery.
**Responsibilities**
+ Operate the Mill machine to bend metal into pipe form.
+ Change metal rolls every 2-12 hours as needed.
+ Troubleshoot and perform minor mechanical repairs, quality checks, and adjustments on the machines.
+ Conduct basic preventive maintenance at the machine.
+ Understand basic electrical knowledge, specifically 3-phase, 480 volt, to determine when major electrical issues require professional intervention.
+ Weld a minor strip to connect the metal; training will be provided for tack welding.
**Essential Skills**
+ Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving.
+ Experience in machining, maintenance, mechanics, or fabrication.
+ Knowledge of using calipers and micrometers.
+ Ability to work with hand and power tools.
+ Understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Two years of experience in maintenance and welding/fabrication.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $23.00/hr.
