Civil Engineer

Position Responsibilities**Work independently, coordinating and directing the design process of site development projects, water resources projects, and municipal projects. Practice problem solving and conflict resolution throughout the project delivery process. Oversee a team of design participants to complete all phases of permitting and construction relating to civil engineering. **Position Qualifications**- Bachelor of science in civil engineering required.- Professional license or licensing in progress required.- Four years (4) minimum experience in site and land development engineering required.- Experience in municipal engineering and public project delivery desired but not required.- Experience in water resources engineering desired but not required.- Proficiency with AutoCAD / Civil 3D required.- Project management or project engineer experience desired but not required.- A proven track record in the areas of marketing, strong writing skills, and relationships with potential clients in private and/or public sectors, all warrant special consideration in offering employment.- Compensation package is based on level of experience, and in demonstrating candidate's minimum required qualifications.
