Preventative Maintenance Mechanic - Multi

Job Requirements:

Misericordia University is seeking a dedicated and skilled Preventative Maintenance Mechanic to join our Facilities Management team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the university's infrastructure by performing routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and repairs on a wide range of equipment and systems within campus buildings and facilities. This position is essential for ensuring a safe, functional, and efficient environment for students, faculty, and staff.

Education:

• Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school.

Experience:

• Five years related experience and/or training in a mechanical or electrical trade
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in HVAC maintenance.

Licenses/Certifications:

• A current and valid PA driver’s license.
• Universal EPA Refrigerant Handling certification
