Electrician I

Salary : 36/hr

Shift Schedule : M-F ( day shift)

Minimum Requirements:

• Valid Journeyman Electrician license (or higher)

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• 2+ years of experience as a licensed electrician in commercial settings

• Training in HVAC, building systems, and safety codes (OSHA, NEC, NFC)

• Strong troubleshooting skills in electrical systems and Building Automation Systems (BAS)

• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with work order systems (e.g., Corrigo)

• Valid drivers license and clean driving record

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment

• Conduct inspections and ensure code compliance

• Support HVAC and building automation systems

• Respond to tenant requests and emergency calls

• Perform generator testing and maintain life safety systems

• Assist with general maintenance and cross-trade support

• Maintain accurate records and follow safety protocols

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs, work at heights, and operate tools and machinery

• Work in varying indoor/outdoor conditions and respond to emergencies as needed

Additional Notes:

• Must be flexible to work across multiple properties

• Participation in on-call rotation required

• Strong communication and tenant service skills essential
