Qualifications:
- HVAC, plumbing, electrical, grounds, and building maintenance experience preferred.
- Black seal, electrical, or plumbing license preferred.
- Immediate opening.
SALARY RANGE: Level 1: $50,000-$55,000, Level 2: $56,000-$61,000, Level 3: $62,000-$67,000, depending on experience
