Rough Framing Carpenters and Laborers Wanted (Phx Metro) compensation: DOE Looking for carpenters with rough framing experience. You must know how to frame, hang shear, and know how to cut in a roof. Must have transportation, tool belt, and basic hand tools, saw, nail gun, hose, and cord. Also need laborers with their own bags and hand tools. I need people who are reliable.
