Welder Job Description Join our team as a Welder where you will have the opportunity to fabricate and assemble steel equipment using your welding expertise. This role involves reading blueprints to accurately assemble parts and interpret engineering drawings to weld and assemble products. Responsibilities Fabricate steel to build equipment according to specifications. Read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings for accurate assembly and welding. Utilize a tape measure and other measuring tools to ensure parts meet appropriate tolerances. Be open to performing MiG or Sub Arc welding as required. Assemble heavy equipment before fabrication or after painting. Operate motorized material moving equipment, including overhead cranes and jib hoists, for transporting materials. Lift up to 50lbs as part of the job requirements. Essential Skills 1+ years of production assembly experience. 1+ years of previous welding experience. 1+ years of blueprint reading capability. 1+ years of experience using power tools such as saws and punches. Ability to lift up to 50lbs. Additional Skills & Qualifications Preferably 2+ years of welding experience. Comfortable working at heights up to 65 ft on lifts. Why Work Here?
