We are seeking a skilled, reliable, and professional handyman to handle consistent property repair work and maintenance work orders. Projects vary month to month and provide an excellent opportunity for ongoing work and establishing relationships with managers and agents alike.

Typical work includes:

General property repairs and maintenance
Minor plumbing and electrical work
Drywall repair, painting, and touch-ups
Appliance repair or installation
Turnover and move-out repairs
Light carpentry and exterior maintenance

Requirements:
Licensed and registration with ability to perform work in WA
Carry general liability insurance (proof of coverage required)
Reliable transportation and tools
Able to communicate clearly, provide before/after photos, and meet timelines
Professional demeanor we value long-term relationships with our contractors
