We are seeking a skilled and hands-on Maintenance Supervisor with deep knowledge of stator manufacturing.

You Will:

Leadership & Team Management

  • Supervise and coordinate a team of maintenance technicians across shifts.
  • Provide technical guidance and training on stator-specific equipment and processes.
  • Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Stator Manufacturing Equipment Expertise

  • Oversee maintenance of equipment such as: Core stacking machines, Coil winding machines (needle, flyer, and toroidal winders), Insulation insertion and forming machines, Lacing and taping machines, Varnish impregnation and curing ovens, End-of-line testing systems (e.g., surge, hipot, resistance testers), Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and control systems specific to stator production.

Preventive & Predictive Maintenance

  • Develop and execute preventive maintenance plans tailored to stator line equipment.
  • Utilize condition monitoring tools (vibration analysis, thermography, etc.) to anticipate failures

Process Optimization & Reliability

  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve equipment uptime and product quality.
  • Lead root cause analysis (RCA) for chronic equipment issues and implement long-term solutions.

Documentation & Compliance

  • Maintain detailed maintenance logs, equipment history, and compliance records.
  • Ensure all work complies with OSHA, ISO, and internal quality standards

You Bring:

  • 5+ years in industrial maintenance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Hands-on experience in stator or electric motor manufacturing is required.
  • Associate degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
