Lead Plumber

Our client, a leader in the plumbing industry, is seeking a Lead Plumber to join their team. As a Lead Plumber, you will be part of a dedicated team supporting various projects. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a dependable, self-motivated attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Lead Plumber

Location: Ashland, KY

Pay Range: $25.00/hr (Shop), $30.00/hr (Field, with potential for increases based on performance)

What's the Job?

• Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate plumbing installations.
• Perform plumbing repairs and installations in both shop and field settings.
• Travel for field work as required to meet project demands.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve plumbing issues.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment while adhering to industry standards.

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 2 years of plumbing experience required.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints effectively.
• Willingness to travel for field work as needed.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Dependable and self-motivated work ethic.
