Proven experience in all areas of your respective department (Dirt, Base, Concrete, Asphalt, Utility)
Assist Superintendent with all functions of the jobsite as needed.
Coordinate tasks according to priorities and plans
Assist Superintendent with schedules and monitor attendance of crew
Allocate general and daily responsibilities
Supervise and train laborers, operators, or temp workers onsite.
Guarantee all safety precautions and quality standards are met
Supervise the use of machinery and equipment
Report on progress to Superintendent
In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and OSHA guidelines
Understanding of electrical and hydraulic systems
Ability to read drawings, plans and blueprints
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
Ability to communicate and report effectively
Proven ability to operate all Heavy Equipment at a high level for your division.
Excellent Safety record and knowledge
