Hiring - Cabinet Maker

We are looking for a Cabinet Maker to join our dedicated shop team!

Capital Millwork provides high quality, custom cabinetry for residential and commercial spaces. We take pride in our craftsmanship, attention to detail and providing exceptional Millwork to our clients. We are seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team. Whether you are an experienced Cabinet Maker or someone looking to develop your skills, we will be selecting the individual best suited to our team. Training is available for the right candidate.

What we are looking for:
-Strong understanding of wood materials, joinery, and cabinet construction techniques
-Must be able to read and interpret drawings and plans according to specifications.
-Comfortable using hand tools, power tools and woodworking machinery
-Physically capable of standing for long periods, lifting heavy materials, and working in a shop environment
-High attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
-Must be punctual & reliable.

Responsibilities:
-Build custom cabinets and millwork pieces from raw materials
-Operate tools and equipment safely and accurately
-Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace
-Work independently and collaboratively to meet production deadlines
-Ensure finished products meet our high-quality standard and design specifications

Qualifications:
-Experience in cabinet making or wood working is a plus, but not required
-Must be hardworking and able to keep a fast pace
-- Strong ability with the use of power and hand tools (training may be provided)
-Strong physical ability
-Attention to detail and adaptability to work in varying environments is a must
-Ability to work independently and in a team setting
-A valid full Drivers License is a bonus. Reliable Transportation to and from work is
a must.

Training Opportunity:
For those with less experience, we offer hands-on training to help develop the necessary skills and techniques for the position. A basic understanding of Millwork is required.
