Electrical Technician (1st Shift)

Electric Technician Location: Remington Starting Pay: $24/hour Position Objective: Assist senior electrical technicians in maintaining and troubleshooting electrical systems within a manufacturing environment. Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required; vocational training preferred. Minimum 1 year of maintenance experience. Knowledge of PLCs and electronics calibration a plus. Ability to read electrical schematics and work independently. Must have reliable attendance and be available for overtime and rotating shifts. Responsibilities: Follow safety protocols and maintain organized work areas. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues. Perform preventive maintenance and line checks. Train and mentor junior technicians. Complete required paperwork and use AS400 to order parts. Adhere to ISO 9001 standards and meet department goals. Attend safety meetings and training sessions. Work Environment: Manufacturing setting with varying temperatures and loud noise.
