A client in the Memphis, TN area is looking for an Electrical Installer to join their team. They will be doing a variety of tasks such as installing, programming, system start-up/check-out, and related customer training on assigned fire, security, and/or building automation projects.
Installs, programs, tests, repairs, and services a variety of systems and equipment which may include security, fire alarm & life safety, and/or building automation
Provides basic installation assistance as directed by the project lead
Makes suggestions for installation methods to improve profitability and quality.

Skills and Requirements
Minimum of one year of previous, relevant field experience preferred
Basic construction experience including some level of electrical or a low voltage background
Experience in one or more of the following industries preferred: electronic/electrical, fire alarm & life safety, data-cable installation and/or building automation
High School diploma or equivalent
Plusses:
Product-specific certifications are helpful; industry-specific certifications desired
Ability to read and understand blueprints, and design drawings including wiring and labeling methods, system wiring, wiring methods, and cable support installation (J-Hook, Raceway, Conduit, Cable Support) Once taken on full time given a company truck
