Were seeking a Lead Carpenter who:
- Has a passion for craftsmanship and leadership in residential remodeling
- Can read and interpret plans, manage job sites, and work hands-on with tools and teams
- Communicates well with clients, trade partners, and coworkers
- Brings a positive attitude and problem-solving mindset to the team every day
- Can delivery high-end, magazine quality results on a daily basis

Qualified candidates would be eligible for:
$52 - $57 total compensation package
$40 - $45 hourly wages
$12 hourly benefit package

GAP PAY concerned about lost income due to weather conditions we fund up to 80 hours/year
Year-end bonus, based on company success

Most projects are located within a 30-minute radius of Walworth County.
