Primary Function: Are you a natural at building relationships and closing deals? As the Customer Sales and Project Coordinator, youll play a vital role in driving both B2B and B2C sales by connecting clients with high-quality glass solutions tailored to their unique needs from emergency repairs to fully custom projects.

Youll be the first point of contact for homeowners, contractors, property managers, and business owners, helping them navigate everything from broken glass to one-of-a-kind custom installations including frameless showers, glass railings, storefronts, and more. Whether its a high-volume commercial account or a custom residential design, your goal is to understand client needs, present value-driven solutions, and guide them through a seamless experience from consultation to project completion.

This is a sales-focused, relationship-driven role where your ability to listen, recommend, and follow through will lead to increased customer satisfaction and revenue growth. Youll coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and will be empowered with training, tools, and expert knowledge to help you succeed.

Specific Duties:

Providing quotes and asking for the sale
Be the first point of contact for customers and prospective customers to address their need and schedule them for service
Provide accurate quotes and recommendations to drive sales and meet/exceed targets.
Create accurate and complete work orders
Follow up on outstanding quotes to earn their business
Provide professional service and solutions to customers
Communicate internally about customer opportunities and challenges
Qualifications:

Proven experience in sales, customer service, or account management (B2B and/or B2C preferred)
Strong ability to identify customer needs, offer tailored solutions, and close sales
Excellent verbal and written communication skills you're confident, clear, and persuasive
Experience managing the full sales cycle from first contact to follow-up and project coordination
Comfortable working in a target-driven environment and meeting or exceeding sales goals
Strong organizational and multitasking skills able to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and use CRM systems, quoting tools, and scheduling platforms
Professional, reliable, and able to build lasting client relationships
Previous experience in construction, glazing, home improvement, or a related field is an asset but not required
A willingness to learn and grow we provide training on products and services
Ability to lift - offloading of glass products is sometimes required

Pay Band: Base salary of $38,000 plus performance-based commission. Our current Customer Sales and Project Coordinators earn an average annual income of $90,000+ based on sales performance.
