Machine Operator**
**Job Description**
+ Engage in the general fabrication of stainless steel tanks by performing tasks such as cutting, shearing, flanging, and dishing.
+ Responsibilities include metal forming, rolling coil, shearing to length, and operating flange and press brake machinery.
+ Utilize overhead cranes and forklifts to move materials.
+ Read instructions, shop drawings, and work orders accurately to ensure precision in production.

+ Operate overhead cranes and forklifts to efficiently move materials.
+ Read and interpret instructions, shop drawings, and work orders with precision.
+ Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in the fabrication process.
**Essential Skills**
+ Proficiency in blueprint reading and machine operating.
+ Experience working in a metal shop environment for at least 1 year.
+ Prior experience with fabrication and machine operation, including brakes, drill press, shear, and band saw.
+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding symbols.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Completion of a vocational welding program or trade school is a plus.
+ Familiarity with various types and grades of stainless steel.
+ Physical capability to crawl, crouch, stand, stoop, bend, and lift up to 50lbs.

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
