Reports To: General Manager or Owner "A mind built for excellence. A spirit built for service." What does a Restoration Project Manager with Paul Davis do?

  • Establish relationships with clients and customers in their time of need.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with commercial customers.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and subtrades.
  • Scope and budget mitigation restoration and repairs while maintaining required margins.

Team Qualifications (Requirements):

  • Scoping.
  • Budgeting.
  • Relationship development.
  • Sound planning and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent relevant experience.
Construction project management experience is welcomed if willing to learn a new process. If limited experience but you meet all qualifications, we will invest in your training. Role on the Team (Job Functions):
  • Track metrics during bi-weekly GS&R.
  • Confirm budget and work orders before start of project.
  • Ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
  • Build relationships with key customers and clients direct and B2B.
  • Seek partnerships to improve performance with vendors and tradesman.
Compensation: $70,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
