The Assistant Estimator collaborates with Estimators and Project Managers to deliver precise and detailed estimates in a timely manner.

**What will I do?**
+ creation and tracking of estimating job folders in the system
+ Set up plans in Onscreen Takeoff
+ Vendor comparisons of plant quotes
+ Contact subcontractors to request proposals and other details
+ Provide assistance to the estimators during quoting process
+ Provide assistance to the estimators during takeoff process
+ Attend Estimating meetings as required
**Requirements:**
+ Bachelors Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related is preferred.
+ Ability to read and understand construction plans.
+ Proficient with Excel and other Microsoft Office products
+ strong verbal and written communication
