Window and Door Installation Supervisor

Open Windows Inc. is hiring Window and Door Installation Supervisors!

Open Windows Inc. is a European-style an aluminum and vinyl door and window company located in Richmond, BC and we are looking for 2 (two) permanent, full-time, experienced Window and Door Installation Supervisors (NOC 72014). Our mission is to be devoted to our customers, providing quality products and integrity in our service. We strive to provide the best customer service and are looking to add experienced Window and Door installation Supervisors to our team.

Window and Door Installation Supervisors are required to perform the following duties:
Schedule and supervise the activities of window and door installers;
Ensure work schedules are met by making proper plans and working closely with subcontractors;
Address issues arising from window and door installation activities and provide solutions to increase efficiency and quality;
Make sure materials and supplies are sufficient for the ongoing window and door installation projects;
Provide training to workers in regards to their job duties, company policies and safety procedures;
Write progress reports for ongoing projects.

The qualified candidates must have:
Secondary school education or higher;
Minimum two (2) years of supervisory experience with windows and doors installation or assembly, as well as several years of actual installation experience;
Be self-motivated with a strong work ethic;
Demonstrate an ability to work well in a team environment;
Be proficient in English.

Positions available: 2

We offer:
Full-time (40 hours per week), permanent position;
Wage rate of $37 per hour;
Overtime pay: 1.5 times;
5 Sick days per year;
2 weeks of paid vacation.
Location of work: Predominately Lower Mainland but does include sites throughout BC.
