Manages sales activities for Mubea E-Mobility, either directly or through team members. Primary responsibilities include driving sales, overseeing pricing strategies, performing cost calculations, and leading planning efforts related to micro-mobility initiatives.
Duties and Responsibilities
Develops and implements strategic sales plans aligned with corporate goals.
Oversees sales forecasting activities and establishes performance targets accordingly.
Analyzes market data to identify customer needs, pricing strategies, and discount structures.
Leads channel development initiatives and manages sales distribution by defining territories, quotas, and objectives.
Directs product simplification and standardization efforts to remove unprofitable items from the sales portfolio.
Represents the company at trade association events to promote products and build industry relationships.
Delivers compelling sales presentations and communicates key messages to major clients.
Meets with key clients, supporting sales representatives in maintaining relationships and in negotiating and closing deals.
Serves as a liaison between the sales department and other related departments to ensure alignment and efficiency.
Prepares periodic sales reports detailing sales volume, potential opportunities, and areas for client base expansion.
Monitors and evaluates competitor activities and product offerings.
Understands and applies relevant material resale programs.
Understands and applies procedures for scrap resale where applicable.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (B.S.) required, preferably in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2-3 years of business development, sales, or account management experience.
Previous experience in the e-bike, electric vehicle, or micro-mobility space strongly preferred.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Self-starter comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
Familiarity with the NYC market and urban transportation ecosystem is a plus.
Compensation:
Salary Range: $80,000 - $90,000 annually
Sign-On Bonus: $5,000 (subject to repayment if the employee resigns voluntarily within 12 months of start date)
