HVAC Technician Job Description We are seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems. This role requires a strong understanding of HVAC systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities Install new HVAC systems, including ductwork, thermostats, and controls. Perform routine maintenance on residential, commercial, or industrial HVAC systems. Diagnose and repair issues with HVAC systems, including electrical and mechanical faults. Ensure systems comply with local and federal regulations and safety standards. Maintain accurate records of work performed, parts used, and time spent on each job. Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients or team members. Stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices. Essential Skills Experience with HVAC service, installation, and troubleshooting. Proficiency in HVAC system repair and maintenance. Ability to work with sheet metal, duct work, and air conditioning systems. Familiarity with construction, boilers, and blueprint reading. Technical school or HVAC certification preferred. 4+ years of experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, or repair. Strong understanding of HVAC systems, electrical components, and safety protocols. Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals. Physical ability to lift heavy equipment, work in confined spaces, and handle tools. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Why Work Here?
