un Licensed HVAC tech wanted for furnace install late Sept. 2025 (Des Moines) compensation: I will determine the payment amount based on a portion of what HVAC companies charge; it depends on if you remove the old furnace also My neice will probably need a new furnace about October 2025. The blower motor is not working in her 22 year old Lennox furnace. We could replace the motor but if we can get a licensed HVAC tech to work off hours at a lower charge that would be great. I/we will buy the furnace and the hvac tech will install with our labor help. I will find out how much the main heating and AC companies charge for installing a furnace and then give my hiring amount based on part of the amount the companies say.
