Construction Manager 5

Location: San Antonio, TX

Salary Range: $80/hr to $90/hr on W2

Join our team as a Construction Manager, where you will be instrumental in overseeing on-site construction management services for a datacenter development project. You will act as the Owner’s Representative, ensuring successful project execution in line with design documents, safety standards, and budget expectations.

• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 8–10 years of experience managing large-scale civil construction projects
• Proficiency in computer software, such as MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills

• Familiarity with construction processes and safety protocols
• Knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs, and techniques for maximizing effective manufacture and distribution of goods
• Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods

• Serve as the primary on-site representative for the Land Development & Community team
• Lead site team ensuring alignment with project goals and safety standards
• Monitor and report on project milestones, schedule adherence, and budget utilization
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders and external parties
• Ensure safety and environmental compliance
• Drive schedule-critical path activities by proactively identifying constraints and facilitating resolution
