Entry-level Project Engineer

We are seeking a dedicated Project Engineer to join our team full-time at the Paddocks of Frankfort, a remarkable $150 million mixed-use development in Frankfort, KY. This development, anchored by a new 128,000 square foot Target store, is poised to become a premier shopping, dining, and commercial destination, creating significant economic impact and drawing visitors from seven neighboring counties.

Responsibilities

• Assist the onsite Superintendent with various tasks.
• Support technology-related activities.
• Update project schedules.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Conduct site inspections.
• Provide technical support.
• Maintain compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Manage project resources.
• Prepare status reports for stakeholders.

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience with Construction Scheduling software.
• Experience on construction sites with heavy equipment and safety standards.
• 3 or more years of Construction experience.

• OSHA 10 or 30 certification.
• Proficiency with Procore.
• Associate degree or Higher.

This position requires onsite presence 5 days per week, with working hours ranging from 40 to 45 hours per week. Candidates will enjoy a dynamic work environment with opportunities for growth and the potential to earn a full-time position if willing to relocate to Columbus, Indiana at the end of the project. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $55000.00 - $75000.00/hr.
