Your role within the team:
- Assist in the design, development, and testing of electrical systems and components.
- Collaborate with engineers to analyze and solve complex engineering problems.
- Learn and participate in the preparation of technical documentation, including schematics, diagrams, and reports under the supervision of engineers.
- Learning to perform detailed engineering activities with a focus on accuracy and precision.
- Learning to support the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical systems.
- Engage in continuous learning and professional development to stay current with industry trends and technologies.

The ideal candidate:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field from a recognized university (recently completed or expected within the next year).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to work on innovative projects during undergraduate or graduate studies.
- Some knowledge in using engineering software or tools for calculations or in projects.
- Experience with hands-on projects or internships in electrical engineering.
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
- Familiarity with renewable energy systems or power generation.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Bilingual proficiency (English and French) is considered a valuable asset for selection.

Expected compensation for this role is between $60,000 - $70,000 annually. Base salaries are determined according to several parameters like skills, experience, location, and potential impact on the role. Internal and external competitiveness are also taken into account in our offers.
