Job Title: Construction Operations Field Manager
Job Type: Full-Time - Salary
Hourly Pay: $30 - $40 per hour (Before Taxes)
Weekly Pay: $1,200 - $1,600 (Based on 40 hours per week) (Before Taxes)
Job Schedule: Varies with Season: 7:00 am - 3:00 pm (8 hours per day), Monday-Friday (Occasional weekends as needed)
Work Location: In person / at project sites

Job Overview Description:
Seeking a highly organized and detailed oriented operations field manager. This role is essential in supporting the daily field operations of the company. The role is key in streamlining project operations supporting the sales team, ensuring the projects are completed efficiently, cost-effectively, and of the highest quality.
Job Requirements and responsibilities:
Daily input on sales processes.
Streamline operations.
Assist in generating project leads (proposal/estimate generation) to compliment company sales.
Collaborate with subcontractors, supplies/vendors, and field crew for seamless execution.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Develop and maintain existing & new customer/vendor/subcontractor relationships.
Onsite leak investigation assistance to the Director & Owner of the company.
Manage warehouse inventory in conjunction with the Office Director's supervision.
Manage warehouse equipment and maintenance requirements.
Manage project material orders ensuring timely/accurate delivery to project sites.
Manage project & field crew scheduling.
Manage project budgets ensuring we stay within provided constraints.
Manage field crew labor pricing.
Manage complex roofing construction projects with multiple trades occurring at once.
Qualification Requirements:
Roofing experience (Required: Minimum 5 years): Concrete & Clay Tile, shingle, urethane foam, elastomeric coating, singleply, EPDM, TPO, Full roof replacements and installations
General Construction Experience (Required: Minimum 5 years): Residential and/or commercial
Basic Computer Knowledge (Computer literate): Email, Microsoft Office, File Management, & Typing.
Must be able to handle hot conditions - Summers on roofs/exterior (110-125 degrees).
Must be comfortable with heights - 2-4 story buildings (20-40 feet from ground).
Must be able to climb ladders effectively.
Must be able to lift/carry up to 100 lbs - warehouse conditions and material pickup/drop off.
Must drive a truck and be able to use it as your daily driver around Maricopa County. (McBride Services will provide a weekly truck allowance). Daily driving could be up to 75 miles and sometimes farther.
Must be familiar with how to use construction tools.
Must have a basic set of construction tools in vehicle.
No previous heart conditions or serious ailments that would impede reliability.
Must speak English - Bonus value given for Spanish (Bilingual)
