- Review shop drawings and submittals.
- Perform job site inspections and observations.
- Attend project meetings.
- Review construction plans prior to bidding.
- Process construction changes, including ASIs, requests for change orders, and change orders.
- Review and process contractor pay applications.
- Attend internal company meetings.
- Organize all project construction administration documentation both electronically and physically.
- Review closeout documents, including O&M manuals and as-built drawings.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Comprehensive architectural knowledge.
- Knowledge of MEP design.
- Ability to read and understand construction documents, including plans and specifications.
- Capability to manage several projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Basic computer skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- General knowledge of Architectural, Mechanical, Plumbing, and Electrical design.
- Assertiveness to ensure construction methods meet the design intent.
Work alongside two project coordinators in a 40-hour workweek with flexible hours. The dress code is business casual, with jeans and a company shirt permitted on Fridays.
