We're hiring a Heavy Equipment Field Mechanic who's not afraid to get their hands dirty, solve complex problems, and travel to where the action is. What You'll Be Doing Diagnose, repair, and maintain heavy equipment like cranes, hoists, and hydraulic systems. Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems (AC/DC, hydraulics, diesel engines). Assemble/disassemble machinery at job sites and vendor facilities. Travel to various locations (60% of the time) to keep operations running smoothly. What You Bring 2+ years of hands-on experience as a Heavy Equipment Mechanic. Strong knowledge of hydraulic systems, diesel engines, and electrical diagnostics. Ability to read blueprints and equipment manuals. Welding and rigging experience is a big plus. Your own basic tools and a can-do attitude.
