Union Piledrivers are the backbone of deep foundation and marine construction. We’re looking for experienced and safety-driven Piledrivers to join our team for ongoing infrastructure, waterfront, and heavy civil projects throughout the Baltimore region.

From bridges and piers to foundation systems and cofferdams — if you're ready to build something that lasts, we want you on the crew.

What You'll Do:

  • Install driven and drilled piles for bridges, buildings, piers, and marine structures

  • Operate pile driving equipment, hammers, and rigging gear

  • Work on barges, in the water, or at elevation

  • Interpret blueprints and site layouts

  • Follow all safety protocols and contribute to a safety-first culture

  • Collaborate with foremen, operators, and other skilled trades

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in pile driving, rigging, or heavy civil/marine construction preferred

  • Strong commitment to jobsite safety (OSHA 10/30 a plus)

  • Ability to work in all weather conditions and physically demanding environments

  • Team-oriented and dependable
