Compensation and Benefits:
Compensation: Proposed hiring rate of $2,172.50 to $2,276.92+ biweekly amount, actual pay will be adjusted based on experience.

Job Summary:
The Business Supervisor will be responsible for the planning, development, implementation, and execution of all administrative and business-related duties associated with Woodward Copper. They will work with the Woodward Copper leadership team to ensure that all business needs are met on daily, weekly, and annual basis in a highly organized manner.
He/She will supervise the staff and operation of the Camp Office during Summer Camp.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Ability to take a project from conception through completion and do so on schedule and within budget.
Goals help set annual goals & objectives to support supervisor, general manager, and VP goals & objectives.
Run reports to help audit accuracy of projects and weekly Woodward supervisor duties as necessary.
Supervise and execute all administrative needs which include but not limited to payroll, employee paperwork (PDF personal data forms), T&Es, re-classes, invoices, p-card reconciliation, guest/camper records, staff training records, waiver storage, and more so that the Woodward Copper business meets fiscal deadlines.
Supervise the tracking and implementation of all Woodward Copper licenses and accreditations (Colorado Child Care Residential Camp license, ACA, etc.).
Develop and submit all RTP product build requests and assist in testing to ensure they match resort wide standards. Work with internal partners to ensure it is one seamless guest purchase experience.
Attention to detail, organization, multi-tasking, follow-up, and accountability skills.
Build financial reports to analyze the Woodward Copper business.
Supervise the Camp Office and the corresponding Housing/Travel Specialists.
Oversee the product communication flow to internal partners from central reservations to guest services.
Assist other Supervisors in the training of all sales and fulfilment related Woodward Copper employees.
Assist the General Manager with monthly forecasting, budgeting, or weekly reporting needs.
Assist the General Manager in ensuring Woodward brand guidelines are adhered to in all business projects.
Assist the division in executing partnerships activation tasks and tracking.
Oversee the Summer Camp Scholarship program.
Oversee the upkeep of divisional SOPs, training records, meeting agendas, etc.
Be able to support the Woodward operations during peak volume times.
Maintain full knowledge of Woodward Products and locations as well as involvement in further development of new products and programs.

Basic Requirements:
Must be able to ski/ride at an intermediate or above level

Must be at least 18 years old
Preferred Experience and Special Skills:
Very strong oral and written communication skills.
Computer skills including MS Office specifically a high understanding of MS Excel
Familiarity in PC and MAC operating systems a plus.
Familiarity with network shared drives a plus.
Strong familiarity with RTP POS or equivalent software required.
Relationship and teambuilding skills a must. Highly motivated and self-directed.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with internal and external partners.
This position works closely with national and local contacts, internal business unit managers, marketing and design team and outside agencies to ensure successful completion of all projects and plans.
Bachelors degree in business administration or related business field.
Minimum of two years experience in business administration and/or the ski resort industry.
Minimum one-two years experience in customer service.
Minimum one years experience in a Supervisory role.
Payroll experience preferred.
Summer Camp experience preferred.
