Automated Machine Designer Mechanical Engineer Electromechanical Mechatronics BSME Project Engineering Design Multi-Axis Motion Packaging Assembly Material Handling Fabrication Paper Converting Electronics Assembly Robotic Machinery _.

Our client provides up-and-coming engineers with autonomous project responsibility early in their careers. Starting with responsibility for small component design projects managed from concept through fabrication and commissioning into larger systems and gradually working up to handling entire machine projects as a manager.

Types of sub-projects for custom machine orders you might handle:

*** Sheetmetal housings, structural framework, castings, stampings, machined components, Conduit, tubing, etc.

*** Pumps, compressors, motors, etc.

*** Actuator systems involving pistons, cylinders, valves, pumps, etc.

*** Power transmission systems using motor boxes, gear boxes, bushings, bearings, gears, etc.

*** Motion systems involving mechanical, electromagnetic, hydraulic and pneumatic drives.

Requires 3+ years hands-on experience working with an engineering team designing machinery and machine components using 2D & 3D modeling and drawing software such as Solidworks, AutoCAD, TurboCAD, CATIA or similar.
