We are looking foraSenior Project Manager to drive and deliver senior executive-level communications, internal programs, employee engagement, and special projects, and to function as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor.

Program Manager 4 - Finance

In this Role:

As a Program Manager 4 - Finance, you will play a critical role in driving financial planning, execution, and performance reporting for consumer products. This position blends finance and program management responsibilities to support strategic investment decisions, enhance organizational efficiency, and enable data-driven decision-making. You'll collaborate across multiple teams to manage the rhythm of business, streamline reporting and communications, and lead key initiatives that improve both financial operations and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Program & Financial Management

  • Support planning and execution of consumer product investment strategies.

  • Prepare and deliver regular financial reports, monitor spend vs. budget, and perform variance analysis.

  • Manage and improve the budget and target cascade process using MS Planner.

  • Collaborate with finance to update regional allocation models and financial outlooks.

  • Lead the finance focal network within the organization to enhance accountability and visibility using Power BI.

Business Operations & Rhythm of Business

  • Support rhythm of business operations, including financial reviews, leadership meetings, staff meetings, and technical/business reviews.

  • Maintain and update internal SharePoint sites and communication channels.

  • Develop and track KPIs for cost, efficiency, and product development timelines.

Strategic Initiatives & Special Projects

  • Lead and support cross-functional initiatives, including organizational planning and change management.

  • Drive operational excellence through process optimization and business tool development.

  • Partner on university engagement efforts and lead resource planning for fiscal year priorities.

  • Facilitate decision-making forums to ensure alignment on key strategic priorities.

Communications & Engagement

  • Create impactful communications for executive, management, and organizational-wide audiences.

  • Organize and coordinate All Hands meetings, offsites, and business reviews.

  • Drive employee engagement programs, including recognition, feedback surveys, and people planning efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

  • Experience:

  • 8-10 years of experience in finance or program management roles within a complex organization.

  • 8+ years working with internal enterprise financial tools (e.g., Mercury and Informa).

  • 8+ years using Microsoft Planner and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Certifications: PMI or PMP certification required.

  • Key Competencies:

  • Strong financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting skills.

  • High proficiency in reporting and variance analysis with attention to detail.

  • Strong organizational and communication skills across technical and business audiences.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results independently.

  • Experience developing and maintaining process documentation and dashboards.

  • Ability to drive insights and recommend improvements in business performance.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience using Power BI for financial and operational reporting.

  • Familiarity with large-scale resource management and people planning processes.

  • Experience driving cross-org initiatives and supporting executive-level decision-making.

  • Strong background in process improvement, automation, and scenario modeling.

  • Experience managing communications and content for leadership and all-employee events.

Salary Range

Pay ranges vary based on multiple factors including, without limitation, skill sets, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographical market. The pay range for this position reflects geographic based ranges for Washington state: $86,000 - $96,000 USD/annually. The salary/wage and job title for this opening will be based on the selected candidate's qualifications and experience and may be outside this range.
