Carpenter Foreman**
**Job Description**
This position involves hands-on work as well as assisting in leading a team. The role requires working closely with laborers and carpenters to ensure all forms are constructed to specifications. Additionally, the individual will monitor and assist during the pouring of panels to ensure everything is completed according to prints.
**Responsibilities**
+ Lead and coordinate a team of laborers and carpenters.
+ Ensure all forms are built accurately to specifications.
+ Monitor panel pouring processes to ensure compliance with prints.
+ Assist with hands-on carpentry work as needed.
**Essential Skills**
+ Expertise in carpentry and construction.
+ Proficiency in new construction techniques.
+ Experience with concrete, tilt-ups, and cast-in-place structures.
+ Ability to read and understand blueprints.
+ Skilled in using hand, power, and measuring tools.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ 2-4 years of commercial construction experience.
+ Familiarity with general construction processes.

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $25.00/hr.
