Heavy Laborer

xperinceJob Title: Laborer (Lots of OT) Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Laborer to provide operations support at our location in Kapolei. This role involves very heavy labor, requiring the ability to lift and work under the hot sun for extended periods. The ideal candidate must be available to work weekends. Work Environment The work takes place in the labor yard located in Kapolei. The environment can be dusty, muddy, dirty and you will work long hours starting at 6 am, with shifts lasting 10-12 hours daily weekend availability is required as needed. Responsibilities Shovel metal onto conveyor belts for shredding. Pick debris out of the steel. Break down scrapped vehicles for recycling operations. Assist in fixing conveyors and support the lead man in the plant. Essential Skills Mechanical aptitude and experience operating power tools. Experience in construction or maintenance is a plus. Possession of a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Some industrial or labor experience is preferred. Additional Skills & Qualifications Ability to perform heavy labor tasks efficiently. Teachable with a mechanical experience. Why Work Here?
