Responsibilities
Painting and Finishing: Apply paint and finishes to windows and doors using various techniques and equipment to achieve a high-quality finish.
Surface Preparation: Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and applying primers as necessary to ensure optimal paint adhesion.
Quality Control: Inspect finished products for quality, ensuring consistency and adherence to company standards.
Equipment Maintenance: Maintain painting equipment and tools, ensuring they are clean and in good working condition.
Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with production team members to meet deadlines and achieve production goals.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of paint usage and inventory levels.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum of two years of experience in industrial painting, preferably within the manufacturing industry
Knowledge of paint application techniques and equipment
Strong attention to detail and quality
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Physical ability to lift and move materials as needed
