Offshoots, Inc. seeks a landscape architectural designer, with two to four years of previous experience, to join our growing Boston office team!
Responsibilities will include:
Project support for various size projects
Construction detailing and AutoCAD drafting of projects ranging from residences to multifamily housing, public parks, and streetscapes
Graphic layout of reports, proposals, and image books in Adobe InDesign
Opportunities for design collaboration and research in planting design, phytoremediation, etc.
Illustrating productive landscape systems, including diagraming ecological planting strategies, 2D and 3D landscape renderings
Marketing support on proposals, social media and company website
Ideal candidates will be self-starters, with creative design sensibility, and strong interest in ecologically connected landscapes and planting design. Prior professional work experience is required including experience with AutoCAD. Strong plant and/or detailing knowledge is preferred but not required.
